Hi everyone, thanks for joining me in this new 25 minute full body intermediate vinyasa flow yoga class. This sequence doesn't include any weight bearing poses for your hands and wrists so there are no planks, no table top poses and no downward dogs. We'll begin standing up with some half sun salutations before moving into some warrior poses and finally some seated and reclined stretches.
This is great for balance, strength, flexibility and mindfulness. No props are required and it's best suited for intermediate level students. Beginners can certainly give it a try and simply leave out or modify poses. Enjoy!

I practice with you daily and have been struggling to do yoga these past few days due to a hand injury.. you have no idea how excited I was to see this! I struggle with panic disorder and practicing yoga morning and evening helps very much ! Thank you!

I was wondering if this class was going to make me FEEL GOOD and it did! It was exactly what I needed as an afternoon yoga practice after my hike this morning. I'm 65 years of age and I practice with you on-line all the time. You have a sweet spirit, very knowledgeable and it shows in your teachings.

I am 70 yrs old and have been familiar with yoga and have practiced off and on for the last 50 yrs, occasionally sidelined for long periods by life experiences. Most recently, I broke my wrist and have been doing your hands free practices. I love them! Thank you kassandra!

I have carpal tunnel and I become so frustrated when flare ups come right in the middle of when I’m most consistent, these kinda of practices are SO helpful and keep me on track. Thank you for all that you do!

I was very excited to see a new hands free video, as I have been dealing with a wrist issue! I would love to see an advanced option with more balance poses, such as tree, eagle, big toe, standing pigeon, etc.

I love the hands-free practices!! Please make more! I have what I think is an overuse injury in my wrist from rock climbing and yoga, but I still love yoga and would like to keep doing vinyasa practices.

After 1,5 year of no yoga, this was my first yoga class and I feel amazing right now! I gave birth in June and unfortunately I had a really heavy depression. Your yoga classes always helped me, and now this flow did the magic again! 😃❤️ My intention was to do yoga twice a week, but I think I'll come back to your classes more often than that!

I definitely feel good after this wonderful practice to start my day. I loved the Savasana, but was afraid I might fall back asleep. Fortunately I didn't, haha. Thank you Kassandra! 🤍 The setting looks beautiful!!

Thank you Kassandra, I practice daily with one of your sessions and really enjoyed this one. I have a painful strain to my left shoulder and neck, but found this session helpful. Would love more of these for upper body strain, keeping away from using hands/arms. So pleased to find a practice to do with my fractured thumb. I missed doing yoga for a week after accident then thought I would try some hands free yoga. So pleased to be able to still do as recovery is 6 weeks and I was upset to think I wouldn't be able to do yoga for that long. Thanks Kassandra

Very happy I found this class. I'm recovering from wrist surgery and it's been a struggle to be able to get a little yoga in before or after I work on my feet all day carrying heavy things. If I can add ONE small suggestion for those of us with tight hips. As much as we all have our feelings about chair pose, it's important for me personally to warm up my hip and leg muscles before I can really stretch them like doing the seated twists. I couldn't get both hips on the ground because they weren't warmed up yet. Not an everyone problem and this is a short class so maybe there isn't room for it but I'd like more hip muscle warming poses before we go stretching them all over.

I have a shoulder injury so I'm always in search of hand's free yoga practices. I enjoyed your class immensely, and I especially like your cues, I always hated the goddess pose bc it was hard on my knees, I was never before told to engage my thighs and roll them outward and all of a sudden the stretch is in my thighs and no stress on my knees, amazing!!! I really learn a lot from you and I can't wait for the next video!!!!❤😊

I have chronic RSI in both wrists and find most practices frustrating as I have to find alternatives to downward dog and plank. Your hands-free sessions are fantastic, thank you Kassandra! 😊
