Hi Zoe! I’ve been doing your monthly challenges since June and I’m loving it! I just wanted to ask how long would you estimate to say it takes to see results? I love how beautifully toned your body is, that is sort of my goal I just have no idea how long it would take 😅. I’ll still do it for my well being tho. X

so glad you enjoy the challenges!!! this is a tough question, as the answer is really different for everyone💛 physical changes depend on things like nutrition, metabolism, sleep, genetics, hydration, bone structure, general activity level, etc. i would recommend to continue on with pilates, make sure you’re drinking a lot of water and eating a balanced diet of protein, veggies, fruit, carbs, fats, etc and you will see that muscle definition come in💛
