Anna is such a very good coach. Everytime I want to do some sports, she became my reflex routine. I've followed a lot of coaches, and each had their own approach, but Anna's is the one that suits me best. She doesn't promise "rounder buttocks" or "a flatter stomach". 64% in and I'm sweating like crazy. Taking a break now (feelin hella sweaty and thirsty). Also today it's my birthday, lookin back I used to avoid working out on special occasions because I felt like working out was a chore, now I think to myself "I deserve to workout especially on those days because I want to feel my best during these special occasions". Thank you sm Anna, you changed my life❤ Edit: 91% at the moment and I'm sweating even more, I think that this hot summer day doesn't help😂

Wow! My heart rate was elevated for the entire workout. The challenge at the end was a monster for me. I could only do two of those boggies, then, I substituted high knees . I will include this workout in betwwen others. I am 58 and am working on self-care more than ever. I was considering Sona Bella cosmetic surgery, but decided to see what will happen with being concsistent with clean eating, strength training workouts, and weight lifting.

This is an extremely amazing workout I just did half would probably do the next half at night. This one didn't increase my sciatica pain. Burpees etc and other exercises really start aching my right leg. But this one was enjoyable and didn't pull my nerve

I miss these types of workout of yours where you included less lunges and squats and more jumping moves, your fisrt one month challege was cardio focused and it helped me lose weight. I go back to it again and again. This is was similar, and i burned a lot of calories. 🔥
