Super helpful content as always. I love the added challenge versions you added to the second round. Sometimes I do get a second wind and get a little burst of energy imoj the second set so that is brilliant. Btw, your legs look great. I recall when legs were a challenge for you. They look well developed all the way around. Not trying to be flirty but making sure to let you know we see your gains and you're an inspiration to our goals. Absolutely love this Tom, seems to be closer to some Pilates workout I've seen. I'm curious as to wether you feel this could be done on a daily basis when surrounded by other sports? I'm playing football 3 times a week at a decent level, and am looking for a routine that does both flexibility work and some strength/core work, but I fear this might be a tad too much and overwork my broken up body!

this was awesome and felt good to warm up for active stretching, rather than static stretches. For the pancake, I find my feet sliding out as I train barefoot and have been regularly doing the middle split. Can you add some outer leg strength exercises to trigger that pnf resistance? x

I got my hernia pop out after doing that last side plank version... My GP put me on the list, but that will take a month until I have an operation. The worst thing is that I have to continue working like that I can basically feel my guts in the left groin. I wish I never found this video.

Counting is better rather than using time to account for change in movement. Unfortunately, your exercises are good for young people like yourself but senior citizens would be out of sync. Any adjustment you can make to address such constraints would be much appreciated.
