The following practice is a 25 minute guided Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep, is a practice of awareness and relaxation. During Yoga Nidra, you will be lying down, eyes closed, welcoming stillness into your body. Throughout the practice you will be guided through breath awareness, body scanning, and imagery, encouraging your system to enter a deep state of relaxation, between waking and dreaming.
