❤love the level system. It's like in-workout feedback and you can customize what i needed vs. Pass/fail on a move. The high knees edit was funny. Great job you two!!😊

I love your workouts, guys! Just wondering, why not including weights and strength workouts in the vertical jump program?

Hey, weights can definetely help to increase the vertical jump for a lot of people but a lot of people don't have weights and putting them into one workout/program would force people to get dumbbells. Some people just don't have them/don't want to use dumbbells which would not allow these people to do the vertcical jump program. In addition, ideally, you go to a gym and do things like squats, romanian deadlifts and so on to really maximize your vertical jump using weights. We can't do these exercises just using a pair of dumbbells. Besides that, everyone respons differently to weight training and for some people, a weight routine might even be worse than plyometric work only (and a lot of studies show that plyometrics do help a lot with strength and actuall are a form of strength training on it's own ;) Hope that makes sence, feel free to ask if you have any other questions ;)
