Love the full body workouts. Thank you. I still struggle with the roll ups too. I need to use my hands to hold myself up. Been doing your videos consistently for two years but can’t master that move. 🙁

The roll ups are a challenge for so many people... for some people, it's the core strength they still need to work on. For others, they are lacking mobility in the lumbar (lower) spine. Something that can also help is squeezing your glutes! And keep trying!
