Thank you so much! I've recently faced some shoulder and tissue problems, and feel much better even after doing this sequence for just for the first time 🙏

One of the things that separates you from other coaches or trainers is the small details you add constantly during the video to help the viewer understand EXACTLY what you are trying to convey. Impressive

I’m a physio and my version of the taped tennis balls is pushing 2 balls down the end of a sock and tie the open sock end in a knot to keep them next to each other. Nice and soft on the skin and another cheap diy option that I give to almost all of my clients. 👍🏻 Thanks for the vid

I love the sock and recommend it often. Thanks for the feedback, I sincerely appreciate it. I always welcome insight from those with far more clinical experience than myself. thank you.

Cris! This was life changing. I’ve been dealing with shoulder pain for almost a year, I’ve overcompensated and created more issues. Taped up the balls and hung out. I just downloaded your app. Thank you! Thank you! I haven’t been able to get this range of motion in a long time in my shoulder.

glad to hear that Nathan, stoked for you! keep at it, just be consistent. If you feel like being a legend, please leave a review for the app on the app store! I'd appreciate that very much.
