I just love you guys. Your hard work in these videos doesn’t go unappreciated. Max is adorable. You inspire me to keep trying to feed my toddler healthier. He is very very picky and it’s hard. But he loves smoothies so I cram as much nutrients in there as I can! Thanks for all your inspiration! You’re killing it!

I found your channel about a week ago and have been loving it! Y’all are a lot like my family and it’s fun to see other like minded souls. Also you’re stunning. I’d love to know what your skin care and makeup line is. As a vegan, earth conscious human, I’ve been using mad hippie skin care but haven’t found a good makeup. So, I am really interested in trying the Amaranth. I saw that you were making the porridge, using Amaranth. Did you use a different bag of Amaranth Flour? The package that you held up in the video was Arrowhead Mills but the granules looked bigger than flour. I just want to be sure I order the right item on Amazon to make the porridge like you made. Thank You.

OMG, you’ve got ur smoothie upside down. I just learn from a vegan MD to make the smoothie 75 % Greens, 25% sweet fruits like bananas and mangos. Try it!
@EatMoveRest4 жыл бұрын
For us it’s all about calories and energy! Can’t get enough calories from 75% greens! Plus it’s more important to chew your greens, so we do BIG veggie salads at night! Fruit grows on trees = elevating and lifting for energy during the day, and veggies grow low on the ground to calm and ground you for end of the day!
@johannacollins47215 жыл бұрын
Ok, so I’ve been going plant based since the holidays and gluten free. When I have beans that I soak and cook myself, I end up having digestive issues. Does that mean I need a probiotic supplement? All the veggies and beans and quinoa like you all have, I wondered how your belly adjusts? TMI but Thanks. Haha
@jg29235 жыл бұрын
It does take a while to adjust to the extra fiber you’re eating. I had the same issue. They say you can take Beano or something like that or you can wait it out. It won’t be that way forever.

Daily Harvest sponsored video so they have to push it.
@EatMoveRest5 жыл бұрын
Sponsored, yes, but only because we believe in companies like Daily Harvest and their mission to help others improve their diet and lifestyle! The beauty of this social media thing is that we get to CHOOSE who we work with, and we are super selective! Let’s not forget to have a “beginner’s mind” and recognize that not everybody has been living a plant-based or vegan lifestyle for years, and Daily Harvest is a fantastic jumping off point! They’re also clean, transparent, and so easy for on the go, so we support that!

Hi, Where can I go to educate myself on veganism? I lack knowledge nutrition and it would help me so much if I knew exactly what the body needs daily. For example: protein, Iron, healthy fats, fruits, veggies grains and leafy greens. Is that all? Am I overthinking this? I am trying to transition into veganism, It has been hard knowing if I am eating the right foods or not. Need some encouragement!
