I made the gingerbread one but I used fresh ginger, dark corn syrup, and a little bit more butter. Loved it, tasted like a fluffy gingerbread muffin!

OMG I love shortbread cookies I live in us I remember the time I went to Ireland and the hotel I stayed in gave us some free cookies and they were so good me and my sister went to every floor and whenever we saw the room service trolley we would steal some cookies oh how I wish the time would come back never got to taste the same traditional cookies 😟
