As someone who uses lemon flavor a lot. İ recommend you to freeze the skin of the lemon . For example when you will use a lemon grade its skin and freeze them. We really don't realize how much aroma we throw away.

I'd love to exchange cookies with Igna one day! I have a really nice idea for a twist on a Greek classic cookie but its known as Italian wedding cookies, my idea is to alter the flavor to add lemon and change the thickness to be more of a soft smaller cookie then the traditional. And I would include the best Greek cookie of all time, Melomakarona! It is *the Greek Christmas cookie* and you'll love them if you love honey! 😊🥰

There's Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, Winter Solstice, Natale and Befana (along with other Italian winter holidays), Santa Lucia Day, Las Posadas in Mexico, and many others. I know this is hard for you Christians to believe, but you don't own December. It doesn't belong solely to you. 🤷🏻‍♀️
