Tried the first recipe of the smoothie. Turned out great. Instead of roasted peanuts, I added Pintola peanut butter 2 tablespoons, 2 tablespoon honey and in the end, a tablespoon of roasted pumpkin and sunflower seed. Gave a good crunch and great taste. Lovely recipes!!!

Thank s for sharing, I have used 1/2cup oats soaked an rinsed, 6 cashew nuts, i cup hot water or cold, 1 tsp cinnomon, i tblsp ground flaxseed two soaked dates an one banana, liquidized , u can sprinkle some coco on top an crunched cashew nuts, it filling

Such lovely healthy recipes! I know oats are healthy, but I was getting bored with the same milk and oats and honey routine. I will definitely try these! The only problem that I foresee is mixing the cocoa powder in the smoothie - the powder often doesn't mix well, and floats on top (I use Hershey's cocoa).

@@someothername9462 ive had no problem with cocoa being on top if you blend it. now mixing it, yeah, it clumps up and floats. if your blender is not strong enough to actually mix in the powder, try disolving it first in some warm water and then adding it to the rest of the mix

Yes, just put all ingredients straight into the blender, not a bowl first. The cocoa powder will blend in fine. I'm sure you've discovered this by now.

What an amazing idea all these smoothies. The good thing is that I have all the ingredients, except for some of the fruits used, in my pantry. I can't wait to try these smoothie's ideas. I started my journey to healthy eating about 2 months ago and it all started by accident when one of our residents came to the office and gave me a smoothie. A month later, my eating and sleeping habits changed without me realizing what was happening. And people started telling me that I was losing weight. Sure enough, I looked up all the ingredients she was putting in this smoothie and all were anti-inflammatory and excellent for someone like me that suffers from hypertension. Well, after that I bought a juicer and have been looking for more options of smoothies and your channel is PERFECT!!! Thank you so, so, so much for the time and effort, you put in it, to bring us these delicious healthy choices! 💖💖💖🌹👍👍👍Do you have a book I can buy or a website I can download these recipe ideas?

Looks very healthy , have thought of incorporating chia seeds as well ? Also, not sure if you are grinding the flax seeds or not ; if you don’t grind them your body won’t be able to break them down and absorb the nutrients .

Fruits - Apple/mango/Banana/Strawberry/Kiwi/Papaya You can use any of these combinations. Nuts and seeds gives us required protein and Omega 3 fatty acids which are good for growing kids. Dear Maithili, Welcome to my Channel! Hope you and family are fine and healthy. These are homemade smoothies in which we exactly know what we are using. I mean no Dairy, no fat, no sugar. What else one want :-) :-). Most of the smoothies have very less calories ranging between 80-100 calories. Do not use sweetener like Honey if you are very much calorie conscious. Once you make it, please share your feedback. I will wait to hear back from you :-) :-) In coming weeks i would be sharing healthy food options and immunity boosting food recipes.
