Ingredients
1/2 cup Almond Flour
2 tbsp lupin flour
1 tsp xanthan gum
3 small-sized room temperature egg yolk

Notes:
1. It's a 3 ingredients pasta as mentioned in the video, you can make this pasta using only almond flour or lupin flour which makes it 3 ingredients pasta recipe.
2. In my video I have added 3 egg yolks from small-sized room temperature eggs hence adjust the consistency accordingly. ( If you using medium or large-sized eggs then it's advisable to use only 2 egg yolks.)
3. It's really important to roll out your pasta really thin because it will increase in size a bit once you boil them and please ensure not to boil them much to retain its texture.
4. If you want to freeze this pasta after cutting them into strands you can allow them to dry out overnight & after that, you can freeze them in a zip lock bag, and before using them thaw them in the refrigerator then follow the procedure shown in the video.
