Now it's getting really cold in my country, especially in the morning. So I'm going to try the risotto. It looks perfect when you need something warm and it's easy. ありがとうございます Miwa-san, for your tips and by the way: I particularly love the music in the video today!

salt from Miso is NOT a bad thing. You need salt. The problem is sugar that causes insulin problems and makes you retain salt

Miso and seaweed might sound intimidating, or at least something that only gous with Japanese cooking, but when you new to these ingredients or just want to incorporate them in a more western style diet that is also possible, miso makes a great dressing or dip. And most seaweed go well in salad. Start with just cumbling nori over a salad and your done. My favourite super food is I think shiokoji as it is so versatile and adds that fermented element to your cooking without much problems. And amazake. If you like smoothies try adding that to yuor smoothie or smoothie bowl.

Is this food good for Hasmimoto Thyroiditis? I am asking because doctors where i am from don't really help you with food, they just say the default (which maybe its not true for everyone) that soy is bad for the thyroid, rice is bad for thyroid etc. Do you have any recommendations what to eat if you have Hashimoto thyroiditis and pcos problems?

What kind of seeds and bean mixture did you use please?
@marcjacobson75710 ай бұрын
I was wondering this too, since beans take much longer to cook than rice.
