I use a wide toothed comb in the shower. Just comb through hair for 30 seconds under the stream and it redistributes the oils along the entire hair shaft and rinses away the excess. Perfectly smooth, non greasy hair...it works

A clean healthy diet definitely contributes to beautiful healthy hair. However water washing alone has no benefits. You gotta clarify and clean your hair. It's not necessary to use shampoo every time you wash your hair. Co washing is great but you still have to use a shampoo once a week or every other week. Diluting it with alkaline water is even better. You are a beautiful woman, but your hair didn't really do well with water washing. Your hair doesn't look voluminous. It still looks flat, greasy and limp. To get that volume and thickness you gotta clarify and remove that buildup.

I havent. Im sorry to say this is the only video ive seen from you. But i will definarely check it out. Ive heard other people talk about hard water versus soft water but I thought that was just pertaining to the water pressure and where I'm currently living there is not a lot of pressure so I thought it was soft water but I'm also trying to wash with cool water as opposed to hot so it is an stripping the oil so much.
@OceanPancake7 жыл бұрын
Hali Codekas hard water actually occurs when you live in areas with large amounts of calcium and other minerals in the stone. As the water runs through it it collects these minerals and those affect your hair, body and even house. If you have hard water you might notice frequent staining of your sinks, calcification around your shower head, dry skin and similar things. You can get filters but they tend to be pricey. If this is the case : it's sufficient to rinse your water with diluted lemon / apple cider vinegar and water a few times a week to break down the minerals which might be making your hair dull and your scalp irritated.

Hey girl! Your hair looks fab! Just wondering how your hair is going now a few more months on? Also love your channel!
@OceanPancake7 жыл бұрын
Charlotte Willing hello! honestly I had a little bit of a rollercoaster. (will make a video soon, so please check back :)). But after a solid week of being in the ocean every day, it looked very dry. So I put some coconut oil in it, which resulted in me having greasy hair and restarting the no poo process. haha Now it's very lovely, however I'm brushing it daily to keep it that way!

I have actually made a 6th month update video :) If you are curious to check it out.

No worries at all :) It's hard to see over video, however considering how dead and dry my hair used to be, it's so fantastic and strong now :) Feel free to watchy new videos to see how my hair looks after 2 years of not using shampoo

Hiiii. Can you tell me how often you were and are washing your hair? I'm thinking of trying water only and trying to figure out how many weeks of transitioning hair I'll get. Also, it always mesmerizes me how much shampoo people buy. A standard bottle always lasted me one year to a year and a half...
@OceanPancake4 жыл бұрын
I would wash my hair after every time I was in the water (in the pool or ocean) for me, that is almost every day! So it just depends on your life style

NO POO DOESNT WORK ON STRAIGHT HAIR. I've seen it work on maybe one person. But girl, this isn't working. Just because you want it to work doesnt mean it is. I was 20 once and trust me. You're going to look back on this and regret this. It looks so greasy.
@OceanPancake4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the comment! My hair recovered a lot since going no poo and helped grow in length and thickness. Compared to what it was like in the past, it is certainly healthier now.

You look matured (woman in 30’s) in the cover but after watching the video you look more like a teenager.
@Clleonie4 жыл бұрын
What's this got to do with anything ? Enough of the ageist stuff already. Who cares what age anyone is or looks.
@anyarido30864 жыл бұрын
Carly ummm...did I say I felt any type of way about the age thing? I just said she looked matured in the cover when I was clicking the video and while watching the video she looked surprisingly young like that’s it. Young or old I was gonna click on the video regardless to get more info about the nopoo method. It was nothing serious I said it because it took me by surprise . I have no problem whether she is young or old I would have watched anyway. It was an statement without any judgement
@anyarido30864 жыл бұрын
Carly like a simple statement for example ‘ oh I thought this candy was gonna be sweet but it’s sour and sweet . Nonetheless I love it ‘ . Like it was just that .ufff
