I am truly grateful for you, Hamza. I used to be a total loser and I hated myself, but my life has changed so drastically in the past 5 months, I now love myself, and I love doing all the good habits that you preach. Self-improvement is the single best I have ever done for myself. I love you Hamza.

Just wanna share my progress: I've finally decided to hit a gym between lessons and coming back with my dad (it's both faster and cheaper to commute by car us two than us two taking a bus, especially it's worth it because I'm the one driving). I have 2 clock hours between those, so I add 1 extra hour to my PE lessons. And noww the real excitement comes from the fact, that after so much struggle to benchpress 60kgs I've finally done it on previous PE. This time was just a confirmation, that I actually got this.

You know Hamza, as a teenager who has (many like you) spend a lot of time thinking/fantasising about girls and other things I built a morning routine that actually helped me build a better self image (mainly inspired by your advices before this video) which helps me stay quite sane for the moment. I don’t know if you’ll see this comment since there’s like almost 900 comments with mine somewhere in them and maybe lost my time writing this down but I appreciate the advices given by you. Also, it’s really nice when I draw (my homework since I am in an art school) to listen to you.

A routine that works for me is wake up 30 mins before work, go for a 20 min walk to get light exposure and I have a hydration supplement, meditate for 10 minutes and then start work. At this point I allow myself to look at my phone but after the walk and meditating I’ve noticed that I don’t want to look at my phone and naturally go into deep work.

I used to watch every single one of your videos Hamza, but ever since my lessons got harder at school and I started re-learning and making up for my incompetence before self-improvement I barely have time to watch anything on KZbin. I felt proud that I was actually doing more than just watching your basic guides and taking action. I watched this video and I am really grateful to you and deeply happy that your life led you here, to tell me that having the dilemma of what to do next or how to do it is actually good and that shows progress. You made me happy today, like many other days and taught me something again like many other times. I am thankful to your forever Hamza.

This was promising to hear that when you are in that "I don't know what i'm supposed to do next, or where i'm supposed to go" was super helpful. I've been implementing more and more of these "uncomfortable" routines and have noticed a better overall mood I just don't know what the next step looks like for me. I know it starts with being more finically sufficient instead of depending on my job but i'm not sure what business avenue to adventure down. Going to keep doing these uncomfortable things and see where it leads. Good stuff

I really wish I was able to watch Hamza's videos when I was younger. I'm now 21 going on to 22 and working really hard to improve, but sometimes I slip up and every time I make improvements in my life I can only remember all the highlights he says in his videos. Even when I screw up, his videos playback in my head and always sparks that drive to continue improving. Thank you Hamza for being here for us, I love you bro. I swear there were so many times that I would look back at my old self and smile when I notice the improvements I made. I'm not there yet, but I'm in a far better position from trying so many times and failing while actually experiencing the good in changing my life and the bad that comes with comfort and no discipline. I love all ya'll, we are all brothers and remember, every challenge in life will either make you stronger or turn you into a fucking loser and I definitely want all of you to be stronger so fight and be strong.

I wake up at 4:30 am every morning to get to work, I never believed I would have the discipline to do so but so far so good. Only problem is my time management in the morning, I immediately get up and look at my phone while getting ready. This morning I actually didn't use it and surprisingly got ready quicker than normal and had time to kill before I headed to work. I'll start meditating/praying during this free time (I'm chrisitian so I should pray more often)

Bro Hamza, I’m grateful that you can spread your experiences, your ideas and overall stories, I have changed my life in a short period of time to be honest, I have been on my journey alone, to improve my physique almost over the last 3 years, got into self improvement more deep for approximately 1 year and I feel fucking amazing. Thank you! Also at 7:30 BRO, THAT MADE ME FKING LAUGHT SO BAD, I know what’s the feeling of instant pleasure, by getting that motivation to do the thing that is specified in a video, but you need to “do the hard work, especially when you feel don’t like it.” Keep grinding boys and thanks again brother! 🙌🏻🕊❤️

Hamza i wanna travel from Paris to wherever you are just to handshake you. I genuinly think you are the leader we need. We, as men of this era, comfortable, complacent, and many other things our ancestors didnt do. I implemented some habits over the past weeks, getting up early, streches, cold shower, walk and gym. So far it's easy to maintain. And the changes are huuuuge. I'm less of a creep, wayyyy more beautiful, fit, open to conversations. I risk more and reward myself higher. Thanks from the bottom of my heart. Khaled

I'm gonna talk some about the Deep Work Before 3 months ago, when i didn't start working on myself. I couldn't even focus on a 10 minute long video, i was checking reddit from my 2nd monitor while watching a movie. In my first year of uni, i couldn't even study efficiently. Spending tens of hours of work on a topic and the most i can get was BB. I was a CB student. I knew my potential but i just couldn't unleash it. Right after i started doing self improvement stuff my efficiency sky rocketed. At this point i can study 3 hours straight without getting distracted with getting 100% out of it. Now getting BB's BA's AA's depending on lectures (Thermo *_*). Before starting self improvement i was so prejuidicial to meditation, graditude journaling. I was thinking those things are bs and has no effect on our lives but i was wrong. After i started doing the things Hamza say i started being more present, productive. I feel ALIVE. Thanks Hamza.
