We've been brainwashed into thinking that the pain we experience in our low backs is due to damage, and the only way to live free of chronic lower back pain is to fix the damage.
This is false.
I am living proof after an L5-S1 disc rupture and a degenerative disc diagnosis that was given to me over 15 years ago and was never operated on or treated with drugs.

Thanks….I’m 18 years old athlete I had l4 l5 disc bulge it was severe so I had to get surgery done. Even after surgery I faced some complications i.e. synovial cyst at the same place . Got it aspirated. Did 4 months for proper rehab. Stared running drills and my sport ( cricket) back. Still I face my issues like stiff back and tights hamstrings. I was really afraid for my gym strengthing….but as soon as I saw this channel my way of seeing gym turned. Thanks man 😁💪. Still I was afraid each morning I woke up. After this video I realised I have to face it……I’ve seen it all in span of these months not able to walk even few steps sleeping was a nightmare. I’ll face to front now thanks 😊

Your videos have been really helpful ,as a 21 year old guy I thought my whole life will be in pain after getting injured a few years back ,but year by year I'm getting better and your videos have helped me continue on with my training , By any chance can you make a video for young guys like me that suffer from low back pain and also make a video on how I can safely start boxing again ?
