All 3 combos are very very realistic. I am very short and used the first one a lot to bring taller lads up and get wired into the core slowing them right down and helping me to keep the fight in the pocket. Toying with the jab to keep them guessing throwing a feint right hand to set up the hooks to the body again brilliant. I nearly always bring my second hook up to the head, although I love you rip the body to bits twice. Jab, move back, straight back in 1,2 excellent combo used many many times by pacman to make the opponent make the mistake of walking into your shot and increasing the power to the shots as your using his own momentum in part against him. Excellent coaching Tony, I'll be using these combos tonight to teach the kids tonight at the club and will be telling them to look you up, because hopefully if they see a guy with your level of success doing it then they might actually listen 😭😭🏴🇬🇧

Great video tony you are a saint with your contribution to us on KZbin. BUT...in this video you said “transfer the weight from the center to the front foot when throwing the right hand”. I know you have the knowledge and ability but that’s the first time I’ve ever heard “transfer weight from the center”. I’ve always heard “back foot to front foot”. Can you give a few words to explain it more because it’s literally the first time I’ve heard that. And I’d love a video on what tommy brooks taught you. In one of your fights he reminded you to “throw the right hand straight”. A video on what you did that caused him to remind you of that would be GREAT. A comparison on the heavy bag I mean 😎 thanks a lot man 🥊

@@Tony_Jeffries wow, seems like Tony can read my mind, I really have one question in mind after watching twice: I learned from your previous video for always don't let our hands down, and this time the first combination looks quite obvious that hands are down for the 4 body punches, so should I just consider this combination just purely for speed and power training but not for sparring application?
