Beets are amazing, I just blend them with some additional water and yeah - works like magic.

Yes but spinach also has oxalates and makes me sick so get the whole story if it doesn't feel good I also have trouble with nuts.

Unfortunately, According to the USDA, a 1 cup (240 ml) serving of beet root juice contains approximately 12 grams of sugar. The sugar content in beet root juice comes primarily from natural sugars that are present in the beets. The exact sugar content can vary slightly depending on factors like the specific variety of beets used and how the juice is processed. Beet root juice has a glycemic index of 64. The relatively high GI of beet root juice is due to its sugar content, which is primarily in the form of sucrose, glucose, and fructose. These simple sugars are quickly absorbed and can cause a rapid rise in blood sugar levels. For comparison, other vegetable juices like carrot juice and tomato juice have lower GI values, around 45-50. So beet root juice should be consumed in moderation, especially for those watching their blood sugar levels. This is why I opt for organic spinach rather than beet root juice. I don't like almonds.
