Hi. Jackie from Oz (Australia). My first week. Started 260 lbs. After 7 days - 252 lbs. A wonderful loss of 8 pounds. 35 to go. Might go further once I reach that point. It's not hard - IF you have the right mindset. I have cooked tomato and 1 or 2 poached eggs around 11am. At 3, I have a Bircher muesli using the raw oats, a grated apple, almonds - I soak the oats in a little coconut water. Yummy! Evening meal is grilled salmon with salad, including avocado. I usually skip the protein bar as I've had enough food by then. Thank youTrainerJoe.

What do you say about some dietitian s say that if you lose fat too quickly you will gain it all back when you resume normal eating.i believe getting rid of the fat as quick as possible is better

I am not too concerned with how fast you lose it. Fast tends to be more fun because you see results that are encouraging. However the key will be to not ‘resume normal eating’. That is the problem. Learn a new way to eat. That is why you should do my 21 Day Transformation. We teach you how to relate to food and weight loss in a whole new way.
