Other than skincare like differin and BHAs, weekly washing of my pillow cases and makeup brushes made a massive difference for me, so many people don't do this. Also avoiding coconut oil in both products especially hair products, because I have a fringe.

yessss! hygiene is key!! and having fringe used to make me break out so much as well because the hair and oil would just mix together. and defs no coconut oil since it's toooo oily for oily areas and low key comedogenic 😅 - fel x

My skin was so much better but i always try to put from the ordinary 10% niacinamide + 1% zink into my routine and then i always break out and can start where i was a few months ago...😢 now i'm done with the serum

it might help to start seeing what foods may be triggering your inflammation internally that's causing the acne and breakouts. E.g. mine were milk products and increased sugar. but this might not be the same for everyone, so we just have to adjust it according to how we feel our bodies and skin reacts one by one :) - fel xx
