@@skmotorcycles8123 We wont ever know i guess. If you grow up in a "Weightlifting Country" and show Talent youll be put on gear and thats it. Then again you could walk past 10 dudes each day with prime genetics who will never lift a barbell their whole lifes. Maybe some day we will be able to measure certain metrics which quantify "talent",maybe on a genetic level.

For the algorithm! And also, is the 1on1 coaching meant for in person coaching or is it adaptable for online coaching?

Gimme that algorithm baby.

Hi fellas, great content, really needed to hear this - I have a few technical flaws which haven’t been fixed by active cuing, so I need to now use directed training. It’ll take time but at least now there’s a way forward! Video idea - lifting shoes for new lifters. It seems everything you’ve reviewed is pretty terrible, what’s a good “first shoe” then?

I would like to see an analysis of Kneesovertoesguy's videos and info. Is it legit or not?

If it's legit we might highlight it 👌

if you can´t get a coach, then at least film your technique and let a coach check your technique. that´s what i do for 4 years now. Max Snatch is at 95kg at the moment, started from the PVC. i could never Snatch this weight without a coach (at least a internet-coach lol)

basic noob question - should the 2nd pull be primarily an upward force as in a high jump or is there also forward direction from hip extension?
