Just wanna put something out there - you lads and Clarence put me onto gabriel sincraian and got me into olympic lifting a few months back. A few days ago I started thinking of getting coaching to progress my tech for weightlifting. So I've got in touch with gabriel and started coaching with him. Just wanna say cheers for inspiration and putting me onto something I can hopefully continue to do for many years, really appreciate what you're doing, keep up the great content. Hail sikastan 🙌

Excellent video lads, great information as always. Keep up the quality, very informative. Any thoughts on the Knees over toe guy? Do like his information? Would ye consider doing a video on him? Would like to hear your thoughts on his information, as I find his exercises very helpful

We likely will because a lot of people are asking. We don't have his programs just his videos so that's all we could go on
