OMG! I love this! Best advice I heard! All other videos are about how to do your job correctly, but that should be a given imo. I am a new bartender and know how to multi task, make cocktails etc., but what I need to learn is how to increase my tips. I am gonna try this tonight.

This is funny I’m going to try it , I’ve been serving 10 years and honestly I’ve realized what I look like doesn’t matter but just giving really quality service is all people want, they don’t enjoy u being a robot repeating the same lines to every table . I’m so far from an extrovert and everyone said I couldn’t do well cause I’m not super talkative , well jokes on them cause I make better tips than all the chatty extroverts who just start bullshit convos about nothing with everyone . People come for service not to talk about the weather or where they work ...

I watched right before I got my job I earn 7.25 did the math 15 BUCKS A HOUR WITH TIPS edit forgot to say someone tipped 35 dollars when his meal was 20 wow did not include that in that 15 cuz that would drive it up
