I want to welcome everyone to Day 6 of my 30 Day Qigong Challenge. We will continue our healing adventure with a week of Qigong programs focused on movements that promote flexibility. For our sixth program we will be focusing on Qigong for Stress. Always consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program.

Thank you, Bodhi. This practise is very powerful and energizing. Qui ball I gathered toward the end felt at least 3 feet wide. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
