I've done this cycle probably 3 times now for 1.5 months each time. I saw amazing results, but now I don't see much. I would love it if you could make similar ones to improve more because your workouts are insanely good!

thanks so much for these videos, really enjoy the barbell work outs! if possible, please could you make the time between switching exercises a bit longer? i find it quite hard to switch from barbells to dumbells and get in position in time for the next set!

@@garagefitnessgirl yes, I have a small barbell with weights like Les Mills but not that holds 40lbs. 20lbs each side plus #12 and #20 dumbbells!! Plus KB for your other workouts. I'm all in!!! 😆
