Omg I can't believe I've actually completed the whole 4 week challenge! I just finished this last workout of the challenge. I didn't skip ANY day during these 4 weeks and I have to say with complete certain that this was the best challenge EVER.I have already seen amazing results in my body, especially my strength, and that's simply amazing. Even my dance teacher noticed the difference in my body(we just went back to classes after summer holidays). But the most important thing to me is the fact that I enjoyed every single workout! I have tried lots of workouts on KZbin but I have not felt this way! Except for the amazing results in my physique I also got an important lesson. Working out on your own can be REALLY fun and makes you feel amazing! I learned how to love those burns! Totally the most awesome workouts ever! Of course I will continue doing your workouts Desiree, hopefully everyday! I had a great time during this one month! And to all of you that have not started the challenge yet, DO IT guys! I have been working out late at night right before I would go to bed, cause it was the only time I had free time, there were days that I was SO lazy, but I convinced myself that everything is in our mind and it's just some movements and burns after all. Great workout! Quick question: during the exercise when you're on your belly, and your knees are apart but toes touching, how do I lift my legs without hurting my back? Thanks!

Lilly Urban Hey there! Glad you enjoyed the workout! To answer you question, instead of propping yourself up on your forearms as I demonstrated (which takes some back flexibility) you can place one hand on top of the other and rest your forehead on your hands. Also, be sure that you're still engaging in your core even though you're laying on your stomach. Think of pulling your belly button in and up...this may make it more difficult to get your legs off the floor but it's better to get your legs an inch off the floor while protecting your lower back than getting them 6 inches off the floor without any core engagement!

Lovely video! I really liked how you pause between exercises to do a little stretch. It feels much nicer than just powering through everything. Would you be able to do a video on how to improve flexibility? I would very much love to be able to work on that and am interested in your method to do so.

Manju Singh Yes, these exercise will help tone, tighten, and sculpt your buns and thighs! I’d do legs and buns every other day and do core and upper body on the off days. Be sure you are eating a healthy well balanced diet as well. If you want to lose weight it’s 80% diet and 20% exercise. Good luck on your fitness journey! Xo
