what is best time to practice pranayama in evening, which is more beneficial indoor or outdoor sitting please advise, i want to loose postpartum belly. i am also going gym in morning and post that have to rush towards office. therefore, i am planning to do so in evening.

The best time to practice Pranayama in the evening is just before dinner or around sunset when your mind can start to unwind. Both indoor and outdoor settings can work well, but outdoor practice in a calm, fresh environment can feel more rejuvenating, especially for grounding your energy. If indoor, just make sure the space is quiet and well-ventilated. Since you’re already working out in the morning, evening Pranayama can help with relaxation and stress reduction.
