About this Deep Yoga Stretch Class
Howdy friends! Welcome to this 30 min yoga class, designed for a deep, full body stretch. This yoga class is a great way to enhance flexibility and release tension throughout your entire body. This class is slower paced so we melt into the postures but we still focus on adynamic movement and a range of yoga asana to muscle groups throughout the body.
During this yoga for flexibility class, we'll hold and move through various poses that are designed to work not just the muscles, but also the fascia - the connective tissue that can often contribute to tightness. We help to release any built-up tension, promoting a greater range of motion and flexibility.
