About this Full Body Flexibility Yoga Flow
This is an energizing flexibility yoga class! In this 40 minute vinyasa yoga flow, we’ll stretch and move our entire body, undo sitting and typing by opening through the front chain of our body, and have some fun!
This is a full body yoga class created to feel good and energize both your body and mind. This is also a ladder vinyasa flow. So we add on to our vinyasa flows each time we visit.
Whether you’re working on yoga flexibility, wanting a good morning yoga class, or after work yoga class, you're going to like this one.
