I loved this practice. I'm 72 and this was just the right amount of physical challenge while remaining mentally focused. Body strong, mind calm. Also appreciate the longer holds. My body doesn't like rushing through postures. 🙏

Hi Tim! It was a wonderful journey for me. I came to the challenge wanting to be stronger and more flexible. And indeed I found that strength but thru balance and flexibility. I take your yoga teaching beyond the mat and try to apply it in life and work. -Do what you should and not what you can and, when there is pain, there is no gain. - Also, it was lovely to meet you as a person each day of the challenge, authentic smile, warm personality, accepting and very welcoming energy definitely added value to each practice. Followed this one again, much easier. The tensioning / releasing relaxation is a really positive practice as is imagining floating afterwards. It can really help with insomnia too for any of the community who suffer. I learnt this, once floating visualise places you’ve been throughout your life, random, just let them come and go, floating through them. Zzzzzzz

My friend and I have done your 30 day yoga challenge for 2024 and 2023. We love your videos, your vibe, your teaching style! Fantastic. I appreciate that you make yoga accessible to the average person. I do not "look" like a yogi, but I am seeing and feeling the changes in my body and mind that I want to maintain for life. It really makes sense to show up on the mat daily, and keep practicing. Missing a couple of days of stretching has affected my balance and forms today. I have to say though, that my whoa-amazed eyes was so proud to have lifted myself to seated position without arm support at 7:12 hahha, unlike on my first 40 days. TYT
