This is an example of a weekly 30-minute yoga flow that I post for members of the Conscious Movement Community CMC. Every week, I post a 30-minute class as well as a 60-minute class for students who are interested in expanding their practice.

Yay!! I finally finished a 30 day challenge in 30 days! In the past, it took me 35 or 40 days to complete all 30 yoga classes. AND my husband did it with me! It's lovely to spend time with you and Ollie! :) Thank you for making the world a better place!

I loved this practice. I'm 72 and this was just the right amount of physical challenge while remaining mentally focused. Body strong, mind calm. Also appreciate the longer holds. My body doesn't like rushing through postures. 🙏

I 'heard' for the first time the importance of keeping the breath flowing so that I understood when to back off a bit from some of the deeper poses. Backing off to where my breath could keep flowing naturally. Thank you Tim 🙏

I like when you tap into the spiritual/metaphysical/metaphoric aspects of Yoga - although I guess some folks prefer the more mechanical or utilitarian.

Tim, you continue to be one of my greatest teachers. Every time I take one of your classes (or epic courses on the CMC - I'll be seeing you there, of course), I find some new treasure, some new way to tune in and tune out all the noise. Followed this one again, much easier. The tensioning / releasing relaxation is a really positive practice as is imagining floating afterwards. It can really help with insomnia too for any of the community who suffer. I learnt this, once floating visualise places you’ve been throughout your life, random, just let them come and go, floating through them. Zzzzzzz

Thank you very much. I enjoyed the course. I have been practicing yoga for many years- intermittently! This was an opportunity to learn to focus on practice every day. Some of the postures too challenging for me - side plank - but I opted out if it was too hard. Thanks again

Really great! Good amount of stretch strength balance and grounding. Would have liked some more neck stretch for a morning practice but overall great!
