I got the first few emails but didnt get any emails after those so I didnt get day 19 and i cant find it on your channel either. Fell behind again but just caught up on days 20, 21 and 22. This was amazing and so relaxing, it was over before I knew it! I seem to struggle a bit doing transition from downdog to low lunge but I’m working hard on getting it right…one day I will! Thanks again Tim, appreciate you. Namaste 🙏

Yay, back to a flow practice for March Challenge after yesterday's knee work. I recognize the importance of workouts designed to strengthen knees and such, but vastly prefer these more full body exercises with progressions. ❤
