Hi Sally I started doing your work outs about 1 month ago. I mix them around and try to do 3 ten minute sessions a day..... I'm going to introduce this one maybe twice a week.....I'm not a young mum I'm 50 years old with 2 grown up kids but these are great workouts for women my age who want to keep in shape❤

Thank you Cecilia! I would love to but my baby is not so little anymore. He is already 1.5 years which makes it challenging to film more of these workouts :)!

Gonna try this tomorrow! BTW, very curious about your getting back in shape so fast after getting baby. Do you only do cardio like this? Any strength training using dumbbells? Looking forward to seeing you regularly with new workout. Thank you so much!

Hi Sy, I do a mix of cardio and strength training and have been doing this since giving birth. I do not use any dumbbells or any other equipment. Check my website www.fit-with-sally. You will see what my exact workout schedule after my baby looked like :)

Hi Esther, wouldn't really recommend it because there are quite some exercises that are too intense for the core. But there are so many pregnancy workouts on my channel. Maybe go for another one :)

Hi Naheeda, I am so glad you are doing the DR exercises! They will help you a lot! In this workout there are a few exercises that are not DR safe. You need to skip silent burpees, inchworm, toe tab plank, knee tab plank, reverse bicycle, russian twist, and mountain climbers. Basically the middle part. All the best!

Hi, I know I am not Sally, but 1 hour ago I did three work outs including this one 20 minutes after dinner and I felt good. Also depends on what you have for dinner. I hope this helps
