Hey Sophie! Thank you for that amazing and intense workout. I was sweating so much. I loved it. I had to modified some of the exercises. I did do it all the way to the end. I really love your workout videos! The only thing I am really missing is a short preview in the rest break of the next exercise.. I don't know all the names and it's nice to already see what is going to come and be prepared for that!. That would for me make the workouts perfect 💯

Took a break for 3 days since that upper back tweak and it felt great to sweat again! I just avoided the burpees by doing 2 pulse + 1 jump squat sequence during that section 🥳
