Oh man I love this vid and I am doing it regularly after a workout. I love the combination of the rolling in the stretching. It is mellow enough that I can do when I have a headache 🙂, the perfect length of time, and you don't have an annoying personality like many people on KZbin :). It was such a great recovery workout. I suffer a lot with my lower back after long runs and have always suffered with pins/needles in my left leg. After 3 sessions of doing this, my pins and needless have gone. If only I had found this year's ago I wouldn't of had to have a back operation.

Great routine, thanks! From the US. For others that are lazy or prone to skipping recovery completely like me: try this on 1.25 speed. You trim off a bit of time but still hit all those key muscle groups.

Perfect! Hit all the areas I needed! I love the rolling followed by stretch. Will do some activation next time too but ran out of time today! Love that it’s a follow along! As a beginner (age 70 LOL) I found this so useful. Just been recommended to use a roller by NHS physio (brilliant) because of pain/knots in my calves (from doing park run C25K) but I was a little at a loss exactly how. Thankyou.
