This has been an excellent workout for me, dear Roxanne, the first one I have done that wasn't for beginners, but now I feel ready to move on to the next level. Could you please recommend the next one for me? The 30 minute mark is exactly where I would like to be. I go running 3 days a week and I do your full body kettlebell strength training the days I'm not running. Thank you!

Dear Roxanne, this is the first time I tried an intermediate workout, after 6 weeks of doing the 20 and 30 min beginner kettlebells, and managed to do it all! I can hardly believe it, I'm so stoked! I'm on my journey of eating correctly and exercising daily (week consists of 30 min kettlebells, 20 min kettlebells, run, 30 min kettlebells, 20 mins kettlebells, run, rest) and your help has made a huge difference! I hink the difference is in your spine - in the first exercise you roll your spine like in a cat-cow pose.

You're correct, it's a spinal roll up, you peel your spine of the floor, lifting one vertebrae at a time and then roll back down. Really try and articulate your spine on the way up and down.
