Thanks to Nicole’s playlist I get to revisit old routines that I love so much. I’ve done almost all of her resistant band workouts but this one for some reason is one of my favourites! Perfect amount of burn, fun mix of exercises, lovely stretches and a full range workout. This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, kzbin.infoUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

I just wanted to leave a wee comment saying how much I ADORED this workout! I was diagnosed with PCOS at the beginning of this year and I’ve made a lot of life changes following this. One being Pilates workouts rather than HIIT. This has genuinely been my favourite workout I’ve done so far and I felt SO good all the way through it (even though it was so challenging!). Used a light band since I’ve never done this class before and excited to try again using medium. I liked another’s comment about using 2 strengths depending on arms/glutes. This workout was such a burner and as always great fun! I'm a competitive weightlifter (so I do consider myself relatively fit 😂) and through covid can't train as I usually would. I found these Pilates workouts a month or so ago and have fallen completely in love! They sometimes make me feel really weak, but all in all they are a serene and beautiful addition to my strength training that I plan on keeping long after covid lockdown are gone and I can resume my usual training. Thank you Nicole! 💕

I found out your channel recently and all your videos are challenging and help strengthen my muscles but they are also very calm and relaxing. I normally dread mat pilates and find it very uncomfortable but you make it enjoyable. Please do more band videos or more upper body related pilates videos. I have very tight upper back, neck and shoulders.

Damn. This workout just killed me. 😂🔥🍑 I constantly have lower back pain and sciatica and even after going to the chiropractor, the pain would appear again after a few days. A couple of weeks ago I discovered that I have weak glutes. My left glute is weak and my right side takes all the stuff and thats why I suffer with pain. I decided to stop working out and learn how to properly engage my core and doing strengthening glutes exercises everyday. Its a long process because I have been neglecting it for 1 year now but let me say that during this workout my left glute CAME TO LIFE!!!!!!! Everything was burning. Thank you for these videos! I have been doing some of them and I love it! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Loved this session Nicole! It Felt easier compared to a few other sessions of yours when I did it in the morning but I can still feel the effects. Would love to see your playlist with sessions with resistance bands.
