I was in a very depressive state after my abusive relationship came to an end last September. I could not even make myself do little activities that once made me happy. You can find it in one 20 minute intermediate class (no equipment) also, if you find it interesting :) I think Nicole is dressed in green and white in that one. It’s even harder than here.🔥

I have been doing your workouts for many months now and I have never stopped to thank you so much for all your videos. I had to switch from yoga to pilates many months ago when I needed to focus more on strength for my back issues. I loved yoga and I didn't think I could possibly like pilates as much. Wrong. I discovered your channel a month ago and it’s been the biggest blessing! I can’t do all the high intensity jumping that I see a lot of people do to get fit, but these workouts are gentle but so intense, are cardiovascular, toning and so calming. I finished this one and couldn’t believe that 37 minutes already went by. I didn’t even think of checking the time to see how much was left because it was so enjoyable. Always in a great mood after your workouts and I’ve seen my body become more fit and I feel so energized. Thank you for your hard work!!!

Here’s the thing. kzbin.infoUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

This one is becoming one of my favorites. If you want to target the lowest part of your booty these are amazing. The stronger you get, the more you're able to bend into the standing leg and the more effective it gets. Thank you 😊. Hope you make more like this video 😊

It's rare that I feel sore in the side and especially lower abs region. This also burned my glutes more than other trainers' videos with resistance band, either I'm gaining more strength to work the muscles harder or this is some Nicole magic. Thank you!
