I loved this style of workout! It was challenging and got me sweating without jumping around. I feel like I actually went to the gym. I have asthma so I have to be careful when it comes to cardio and HIIT workouts. Thank you for this killer workout video!

After the January challenge, it feels wrong if I don't exercise every day lol so what I did is look at the format which to me seems like Monday- 30 minute full body // Tuesday - 2 videos lower body // Wednesday - 2 videos core // Thursday - 15 minute dance & 1 song // Friday - usually 2 videos upper body // Saturday - 2 videos of mixed ex. fat burn hit or total core.. and Sunday - yoga/stretch. If you go on Mad's channel, there is a section with playlists and all the workouts are organized so just click on the day you're doing and pick two workouts from there! you can create your own calendar :) and thank you Maddie for doing this for us ❤️

Same here!!!!! I feel exactly the same! It's amazing how the january workout challenge change me and my daily routine!!!! I mean, yes, before Covid-19, I used to go to my gym but not everyday....Now each day I really need to exercise to feel better and stronger despite this situation of sanitary crisis....So yes, let's keeping our body and our mind healthy with Maddie :-)

When you think you're quite fit, Maddie throws another exercise in that totally challenges you. It really shows the importance of varying the exercise routines in improving fitness. This one is awesome, I can see myself losing that last bit of belly fat before the summer. Maddie, you're amazing. Thank you so much for so many great workouts and at no cost.

I love this new style of training! One small feedback: I would love it if you could give helpful hints in first round. Sometimes you say such a great tips in second round and I notice that It is much better that way! YOU ARE AWSOME!

I have built up so much strength since starting your workouts in mid-2020. Your technique and coaching viewers to apply proper technique are flawless. And you have the perfect temperament and tone in your voice instructions (i.e. not a lot of chatter or extras, just simple instruction and guidance). I feel like I never have to go to the gym again with your videos. You are an inspiration! Thank you so much for sharing your gift. Oye. My goal for 2021 is to be a “morning person” and not crawl out of bed 10 minutes before needing to log into work. Failed all of January. Finally woke up “on time” yesterday and got a decent workout in. Woke up this morning and was NOT wanting to get out of bed. It’s currently snowing in Kansas and I was so comfy in bed. Decided to get on KZbin and saw this video. It gave me the motivation I needed to get out of bed and get moving! Thank you for your videos and positivity!

I have tried to get into working out many times over the years and never could do it. May 2020 I started working out once or twice a week doing one of your workouts, and here I am almost a year later and I haven't stopped! I've had hiccups along the way but I now aim to do 35-45 mins of your workouts 3 times a week and my body is feeling better than ever! I feel stronger, healthier and it helps me to get my anxiety under control too. Thank you so much for providing these workouts for free, it's improved my health in so many ways! You're the best x

One of the reasons I really love your workouts is that you actually talk to us through the workout, helping guide us with position and motivating me while I'm working out; other sites just play music during the workout and I follow along without that personal trainer touch. Normally I don’t like to workout but I force myself to do yours,p. they are dynamic, not boring and they help me in doing it in a joyful way. This specific one, for me it’s is the best one, the one that I loved. Thank you for all the awesome workouts

I have been doing this workout at least once a week for the past few weeks and I LOVE it. It gets my heart rate up into the cardio zone and even though I feel myself getting stronger and able to keep up with you more, it STILL gets my heart rate up. Thank you so much!!!

I am in love with MadFit! It saved me during COVID - I reshaped my arms by doing the 15 min exercises 2x a week...and now I need to work the rest of my body, so I am LOVING these total body workouts. I don't love the sweat that explodes off my face about 3/4 into the workout - I like to say that this is "fat leaving my body!" Been doing cardio for the past months but I haven’t been seeing differences in my body. I knew that I had to start doing weight training but I hate it. I started to follow your weight trainings and man were they fun and effective! I started having cuts and I didn’t have to be bored out of my mind doing weight reps. Do more of these styles, Maddie! I love how Maddie emphasizes proper form so much in her videos. It's so important to getting the full benefits of the workout and preventing injury. I always feel it so much more when I actually start doing what she's telling me😂 Also, I totally agree that it's super important to switch up your workouts! Cross-training is the best!😊

Did this for the first time today, will def do it again. Would like to request more warm ups and cool downs at the beginning and end of videos. It is helpful to have all the workouts and stretching together. Thanks for hearing me out, I am enjoying your videos!

Absolutely love the variety of your workouts! So good to be able to switch it up. I get so bored doing the same workouts and the same videos. I seriously love them all and do every type depending on how much time I have or how much energy or what body part I want to focus on. Just keep em fun and different and keep em up!

Great work out! Loving how dynamic and challenging Maddie's workouts are. I had to drop the weights a couple of times in the second round. I'll definitely be coming back to this routine again and again- 10/10!!

Fantastic workout. Went by in a flash, innovative moves, worked up a slight sweat, and no jumping. I’m older and I need to stay toned and save my knees! More please!

I also love your attitude which is positive and affirming. I love the 5-minute intense workouts I can feel that I've done a lot when the clock is ticking.

I've been doing your workouts for a few weeks now and I absolutely love them! Man do I get sweaty, but they push me to do moves I didn't think I could do! I feel fitter and happier already! Will keep up doing the workouts! Even my kids join in! Essex, UK 🇬🇧

I generally find workouts to be so boring but Maddie has the most fun and different approach to workouts especially this one, loved the variations. Keep doing what you are doing, I am a fan 😊
