I have missed your workouts so much! I have been dealing with some health issues but most have been resolved. I have lost so much stamina that I am starting from scratch. Thanks for keeping your channel going especially for us older folks!

UK 81yrs: It's good to hear 32:11 and not continually focus on screen. Works well in wheelchair with arms up 😅.. I was worried about dropping weights so bought 0.5kg but 1kg would be better. Thanks Jules ❤

Excellent workout Jules! My whole body is tingling! 😄 Loved the different options you gave us to try as we progress. Would you be open to doing a "Drop Set" video using dumbbells with the same Senior, Older Adults & Elderly format?

Thanks for your feedback:) I could do a drop set workout...my only concern is that a lot of people don't have 3 or more different sets of weights. But, I will keep your request in mind and see what I can do.

@@ImprovedHealthChairWorkouts they could still do the workout, just multiple sets at the same weight. It would still be effective.
