Great workout, Chris! 👍I liked the supersets with strength and conditioning. So good for targeting the muscles and also getting the HR up! ⬆ I can't believe we're coming to the end of our Vitalize program! It's been so good, and I'm feeling excited to complete it, but also a bit sad that it will be over. 😢 I hope there's a new program coming soon! I am trying to imagine what the finale will be like. Will it be a super killer, or more easy going? 🤔Hmmm, we shall see!
