Good morning yogis, today's yoga class is a very chill slow flow to give you a full body tune up! Although it will require some strength and balance, the focus of the class is really to open up tight areas of the body and move slowly to properly engage each muscle. We will begin our class with a seated meditation for a body scan and end in savasana. Poses will include: triangle, seated twist and standing side bends. Please make sure you have 1 block to do this class.

I loved this one, but really struggled with the sequence using the block and lifting your leg and hand...fell over several times :( is this a more advanced move i just need to work up to? I was able to do all other parts...just not this one. Thanks for all your great yoga videos...I have really missed my yoga 🧘‍♀️ Namaste!

HI Kassandra - I practice on a rotating basis with you and a couple of other on-line teachers - I SO much appreciate how you "do" savasana "with" the "class" - some other teachers just say goodbye and tell you to rest after they sign off, I would say for me it is more centering and effective to also have the teacher participate - whether online or in-studio - thanks again for all you do!

I just began your videos a couple of days ago, and I'm hooked. I love your straight forward, simple, yet specific instruction. You keep a wonderful beat, whether it's a slower moving practice, or something a little more fierce. I haven't had such an easy breathe to movement match in a while. I love all of your videos, but this is my new favorite! Really hooked on the yin yoga... used to only do vinyasa & kundalini but after a back injury I’ve had to start slow & this yin yoga has really been healing me! Plus it’s actually quite challenging! Thank you kassandra!✌️

Thanks for this Kassandra 🙏😊 I did your Yoga for Sore Muscles video right before this one, and it was great to stretch out my tired muscles first. The stretches in this one were great too, with a gentle flow following the breath. I am feeling much more relaxed now, and I noticed a huge difference in my muscles from when I first started my practice this morning. I have much more range of motion now, and everything feels more fluid.

I do hours of videos every week, and very few are memorable at this point. I definitely have people I prefer to learn from or listen to, but the actual routines blend together after a while. Not with yours and this is a prime example. Even after hundreds of workouts (my yoga practice is fairly new but stretching, strength, breathing aren't) there were moments in this practice where suddenly my body understood the move and met my request like it never has - and moves where I paused and held for extra breaths or even repeated parts of the flow that just felt needed. Thank you do much for this experience, and all your videos. While you aren't the only yoga videos I use, i do find the challenge and speed met what I'm looking for almost every time, and you neither over explain (I cannot very in touch with what my body is saying with some videos, mostly because the instructor is trying to guess what might be coming up and non-stop reassurance creates anxiety) or set silently - you're very clear and easy to follow but I feel like you'd get it when I giggle during happy baby. Tldr - thanks.

You really have a great gift, this practise was perfect, wonderfully balanced, I felt I pushed myself a bit but ended up really relaxed afterwards.
