I keep forgetting to tell you how awesome you are, and that you have become a "generic" name in my family. Mom and Dad are 82 & 83 years old. I called Dad yesterday and he was huffing and puffing when he answered the phone. He has COPD so I was a bit concerned and asked him if he was ok. He said "oh yeah, I'm just finishing up a "JENNY" I laughed and said good job dad..go finish your "JENNY" and I'll call you later. THANK YOU Jenny...I am 59 and love your workouts...and I also LOVE that my parents do them too. ps....Mom was out getting her hair done, otherwise she would be behind him telling him to go faster....LOL...love to you from Canada!!

Hi Jenny, I retired from teaching this year at 69 and we were forced to return to Australia from our 7 week overseas trip 5 weeks early 😢 I have been doing your videos since March, usually about 3 times a week as I also walk and swim. I am 65 years old and this 30 minute workout is rigorous enough for me, it is also fun learning some dance-like views. I can't do much of the abdominal exercises as it hurts my neck. Exercising is hard to keep up and if it is fun - like dancing, which I love to do - it goes faster and I am more likely to do it. I really love Jenny's personality.

Yea, you have new fans! My 79 year old mom lives with us. She has a back that always hurts and a weak core. We have done a few of your video’s during quarantine , and agree it will be a daily thing. Your form is perfect, you show the different levels, and your smile is awesome. Thanks you. :). I’m 71 and when our aerobics classes stopped due to Covid in mid March, our instructor challenged us to work out at least 30 minutes a day. I have kept to the challenge for over 9 months with the help of your classes. Thank you!

Jenny, you’re the best. I’m 65 and I have never worked out until recently, although I have worked pretty hard on ranch property. I’ve never danced either, and I just feel so uncoordinated. With the COVID shutdown, I was just sitting around getting fat and flabby. I went on Keto for a couple months and got rid of the 20 pounds I gained over the last 40 years. I also started doing XBX, which I like, but I wanted to accelerate the results. Your workouts are FUN, and I am finally feeling a burn in my abs, glutes and thighs! I can’t do all the moves because I’m too uncoordinated to do the shuffle with arms, or marching back from the slide and push. But every time I do one of your routines I feel a little stronger and more coordinated. I think my endorphins are starting to flow! I prefer the videos that have music from my generation.

I had a heart transplant 5 months ago and this is the first aerobics workout I’ve tried. I really enjoyed it. Made me smile to do something I used to really love doing. Jenny, Thank you so much for creating and posting your exercise videos on KZbin. I completed the exercise this morning and I thoroughly enjoyed the video. It gave me a fantastic workout. Jenny, you have absolutely no idea how much everyone appreciates you and your videos. My doctor just prescribed an hour of weight bearing exercises daily. This is due to a Dexascan test which stated there is osteopenia in the hips. I believe that I will reverse the diagnosis. Bless you Jenny as I look forward to your weekly videos.

I'm in my home office because my hubby is watching college football in the living room. Fired you up on the Apple computer. You are right - you do not need a lot of room for this routine. I added light hand weights to assist in toning my arms. Thanks as always - U R the best!

My husband and I find that we naturally do a couple of warrior stretches during the course of our day. We liked the sitting yoga until the edge of the chair leg position....tried not to laugh as we tried to do the pose without falling off! And we talk to you all the time we are working out!

You have been an absolute blessing to me during lockdown and the subsequent cancellation of my zumba, dance and other weekly exercise classes. I do at least an hour of Jenny every morning and push every movement to my limit. BUT....I wish you had done stretching between the aerobics and abs. You say “if you can’t stay for the abs...” but you don’t do any stretching until after the ab portion. No cool down or anything. That’s disappointing.

First time to "stumble" on your video - and my 72-yr old wife (I am 66) and I really had a great doing your exercise together. We particularly like your senior-friendly sequence of stretches for warm-ups and gradually progressing to more active body-parts targetted movements. My wife and I had a good sweat after the exercise and we did not feel exhausted! Great systematic exercise! Thank you for sharing!

Hi Jenny, thank you for a wonderful workout. I did this with my 70 year old mother, who is not a fan of typical senior workouts that are all done on a chair (she refuses to believe she’s that senior yet). A while back, I got her to agree to do one 30-35 min workout a day with me, so it would great to get a few more workouts around that time length. I am planning to add your other ~30 min workouts to the lineup. Thanks again!

Found your videos after quite a search. As a former aerobics teacher from the 80’s and 90’s, I wanted a workout with less dance and more systematic muscle as well as cardio workout that is fun.. You teach as I did, adding on with attention to all over muscle groups. And I like your awareness to possible limitations (knees) for some. This is what kind of workout I was used too. Although 40 years ago I was a bit more,… bouncy. 😉 You are a good instructor Jenny! Thank you! I hope you keep the videos coming even though gyms are open.

This is a very good workout for me, a 70 year old in pretty good health. I've been going to a Silver Sneakers class twice a week for about 6 years. Your workouts help when I can't go or need extras. The only problem I have is the mat exercises, which are not done in Silver Sneakers. When you do those I try to switch to the abdominal exercises and stretches we do seated. Thank you for these great videos!

My husband and I started working out to your videos in the early days of the pandemic, when we had to stop going to the gym. I lost my husband six months ago, but I have continued to work out to your videos and have increased from 3 to 5 times per week. I can’t begin to tell you how grateful I am for your videos. Not only are your routines doable but effective for this 68 year old, but I appreciate that you are not condescending to senior citizens, as I have experienced with others. Your personality is perfect for this work. I no longer even consider going back to the gym. Thanks a million!

Thank you Jenny! Have been tuning into your videos almost every day since March. I rotate from the low aerobics to doing the interval sessions with weights. The only one I did not repeat was the Tambata. It was a good workout, but I was impatient with the frequent breaks. I love the recent aerobic sessions with dance moves. Thank you again Jenny. HI JENNY. I LIVE IN LUTON ENGLAND 30 MILES NORTH OF LONDON. I HAVE BEEN USING YOUR VIDEOS FROM THE END OF MARCH WHEN OUR LOCKDOWN STARTED AND REALLY ENJOYED THEM. IT MADE ME KEEP EXERCISING DURING THESE LONG MONTHS SINCE LOCKDOWN COMMENCED. MY EXERCISE CLASS HAS RE STARTED WITH LOTS OF RESTRICTIONS ONCE A WEEK. BUT I STILL PLAN TO CONTINUE TO TO USE YOUR VIDEOS. IT WAS REALLY GOOD TO GET A NEW ROUTINE TODAY. THANK YOU FOR THAT. THE ABS SECTION WAS HARD!! BUT I WILL PERSEVERE.

Great workout Jenny! Thanks so much. Finally back into the fitness routine. Had a 95% blockage in my heart artery, then pancreatitis due to a stray gallstone that got stuck in the bile duct. Ughhhh. Never had so much pain in my life. But, God is good, I survived and am thankful for you and your classes! Blessings!

Jenny, love your workouts. I've been doing them every day and can definitely see a change in my body and endurance. I've lost 10 lbs!! I agree though, that you need to bring back your great selection of music. The music keeps me motivated and feels like I'm dancing and not exercising. Would like to see "Happy" or "Can't stop the Feeling". Anything upbeat makes me want to do it. Thanks Jenny for improving all of our lives during this stupid covid.

Hey Lin! That is amazing! I am so happy to read this! Yes, I love great music, too! Unfortunately, now that I am on the radar, I am getting copyrighted claims! So, if I get too many strikes, KZbin will take down my videos and even my channel. They've already blocked one of them. So, I need to be careful. I am now having to buy non-copyrighted music in order to continue this. I am looking into a channel membership where I think I can bring back some of those tunes if I go live. Stay tuned.

I had a little more time this morning than I normally do to do my workout, so I chose this one. It was way fun....and kinda kicked my trash. Still recovering from covid so my breathing is still struggling....but it felt good when I was finished! Thanks for all your videos. You're awesome!

You are so welcome Kandas! So glad to hear this! Try some deep breathing techniques - lungs need training just like muscles. Inhale as much as you can, hold for 5 seconds and exhale as much as you can. Repeat 10 times, 3 times a day!

After pulling a leg muscle plus returning to work, I was not able to exercise with you for awhile, but came back and tried this new low aerobic video today and zowee! I still could keep up!
