Jenny, you’re the best. I’m 65 and I have never worked out until recently, although I have worked pretty hard on ranch property. I’ve never danced either, and I just feel so uncoordinated. With the COVID shutdown, I was just sitting around getting fat and flabby. I went on Keto for a couple months and got rid of the 20 pounds I gained over the last 40 years. I also started doing XBX, which I like, but I wanted to accelerate the results. Your workouts are FUN, and I am finally feeling a burn in my abs, glutes and thighs! I can’t do all the moves because I’m too uncoordinated to do the shuffle with arms, or marching back from the slide and push. But every time I do one of your routines I feel a little stronger and more coordinated. I think my endorphins are starting to flow! I prefer the videos that have music from my generation.

I have to tell you - over a year ago when I did my first Jenny Fit Start video I never thought in the middle of 2021 I would still be working out in front of my computer, but here I am getting great workouts and having a blast. Appreciate the variety of your workouts - this one is great cardio and abs, others for arm strength and legs. Do a variety several times a week and it's keeping me fit during this awful time. Thank you

I like the whole thing, ditto what I said 6 months ago. Keep abs in your 1/2 hour routines, and always a cool down. I call this one the “ Whoppie Cushion “ workout! 💕

It's great to have a new zumba workout. Thanks, Jenny! However, I felt a bit nauseous trying to do the abs workout straight after giving it 'my all' doing the zumba . I will be missing that bit out - or alternatively may try it separately. Greetings from Scotland.

Just returned to this one from a year ago! So glad I joined Jenny's fit Bunch because it has kept me so motivated with the different routines. I can report that despite.being diagnosed with COPD in 2019 having joined JFB the the above video is soo much easier now!

BUT....I wish you had done stretching between the aerobics and abs. You say “if you can’t stay for the abs...” but you don’t do any stretching until after the ab portion. No cool down or anything. That’s disappointing.

Hi Jenny! Just finished doing this workout and it was awesome! I never feel like I’m straining my body when doing one of your workouts and my body always feels like it was truly working it’s hardest by the end! Thank you for making these videos - it’s helped me throughout the quarantine! P.S. I also love your cardio boxing workout, so more workouts like that would be great!

Thanks! Great idea. Unfortunately, KZbin only has a few categories I can choose from, like "short" and "long." I'll look into this more. In the meantime, did you know you can make playlists too? You can check off which of my videos you like and then categorize/name them any way you want to!

I did the 30 minute workout and because i don’t like lying down I did the 3 standing abdominal exercises 3 times-it worked

I'm still doing your videos (since March) most days and love the all the aerobics /floor exercises. I usually finish with stretch and flabby arms videos. Loving the step classes too. I love all your videos and discovered you at the beginning of the pandemic. Recently I’ve been doing the exercises with the abdominal exercises at the end. Question: When I try and reach towards ankles while I’m lying down I mostly feel tugs in my neck not my abdominal area. I’m sure I’m doing something wrong,. I’m not sure how to correct. Jenny this was a really fun routine, I love how you build upon the routine so that we can finally "get it" and give it our all. One question about the ab section. Are there any neck strengthening exercises I should be doing so that when I do abdominal exercises my neck won't hurt as much? Or, if I just keep doing these and other ab exercises eventuall my neck muscles will come along and gradually strengthen?

Hi Gina! I am glad you like my "add on" method. I have found it's good for the brain as you're thinking ahead to what the next move is, so great for my seniors. I also like how you can give it your all like you said at the end. I see my participants pushing themselves on the last one! So, if you are feeling it in your neck, it's probably a sign that your abs aren't quite strong enough for that particular exercise. However, don't give up on it - tuck your chin to your chest and maybe decrease the number of reps and stop as soon as you feel a strain. And, I think eventually they both will get stronger. Hi, I am going to do this workout, but my current shoes don't have the cushion on the sides for the support I like, do you recommend certain type of shoe for side to side moves, for this type of workouts? I have a pair of NB 411 walkers, will those provide the support for side to side....

Every food is different, so if you are able, go to a shoe specific store and see if they will analyze your foot and walk. I know where I live, Fleet Feet does this and most running stores will do it. Then, they will recommend depending on if you are a supinator or a pronator or if you have high arches or flat feet. With that said, I would buy a cross trainer and use them solely for these videos. Save your NB Walkers for walking outside - I have a pair of shoes for each activity - ha - so they last longer and better for the feet. So, I have a pair for walking, one for running, one for classes and gym workouts and one that I wear around, like when not working out - running errands, but in workout clothes. Hope that helps some.

As I get older, crunches with hands behind my head/lifting up is really hard on my neck. Hoping you can do an abs workout that is gentler on the cervical spine. Love your videos, tho!!

Lie on floor, legs in tabletop which is lift legs but knees bent and tap r foot and CTR, L foot and CTR.

I agree too. There are so many ways to do core exercises standing. It doesmakes me think that you dont fully understand what it is. to be seniors but how could you? you're a whipper snapper. I do enjoy most of your cardio except when you include jumping. Thanks for all you do.

I keep forgetting to tell you how awesome you are, and that you have become a "generic" name in my family. Mom and Dad are 82 & 83 years old. I called Dad yesterday and he was huffing and puffing when he answered the phone. He has COPD so I was a bit concerned and asked him if he was ok. He said "oh yeah, I'm just finishing up a "JENNY" I laughed and said good job dad..go finish your "JENNY" and I'll call you later. THANK YOU Jenny...I am 59 and love your workouts...and I also LOVE that my parents do them too. ps....Mom was out getting her hair done, otherwise she would be behind him telling him to go faster....LOL...love to you from Canada!!
