Hi there! It cracks me up when someone checks the thumb down arrow! WHY??? That class was hard for me and I loved it. I am starting today to actually do your workouts and not just watch! Dancers are the true athletes! Go look at the Russian ballet dances that make them look like they are on an hoover boards (?). I was amazed! All done quickly on the bawls and I think toes on their feet! Absolutely beautiful and gorgeous at the same time. Have a blessed day everyone!!🌷🙏🥰💝💪

I'm getting over 2 sprained wrists (rollerblading - oops), so this was perfect! Can't wait for more of your wrist-friendly classes! This workout was perfect for the little time and space I had. During the first minutes I hesitated about the "intermediate/advanced" mention, but then I definetely understood 😂 thank you so much Desiree, I had such a great time ! 🥰 P.S : I started to attend in-person ballet classes since September. great floor core workout, need this as i recover from hip flexor injury, need to use abs instead of hip flexors to lift my legs:) this is effecient and i love c curve workout and those high five abs, get my heart rate up. i think we can get heart rat up doing these arm and leg movments with stable core.
