As a former professional ballet dancer, it was always a goal of mine to have a good balance between my overall strength and flexibility. The truth is, that should be something EVERYONE strives for whether you’re a dancer or not. This Pilates workout is perfect for helping you reach that goal! Not only will we be using our own body weight to strengthen and sculpt our muscles, but we’ll also stretch out our bodies and limbs to help improve our overall flexibility and mobility. i used to avoid pilates because the exercises we did gave me bulky quads - not anymore. your exercises and your bubbly personality give me just the right amount of motivation and elegant dancer muscle definition to be at peace with my body and with pilates. thank you for your wonderful work, Desiree. again, you make my life better.

I just discovered your channel, and OMG, your workout are everything I was looking for! I loooove the combination of power, balance and flexibility...I do one workout on the morning, and I feel so energized, I can feel it in my body, my mental state, and i feel more strong and beautiful, It's been a long time since I wanted to do sport again at home, but I could never find workout that made me want to do it again and again... Day 4 of the Pilates HIIT challenge and completed this amazing workout....just when I thought it couldn't get any better, IT DID! Absolutley loved the routine!!! Another great workout. I love mobility stretching exercises because it has helped me a lot in my growth process and also used Shiydf while exercising and grew 7 cm🌈

Thank you Desiree for continuing to produce consistently high quality, inspiring and effective workout. You made it look so easy but I can only imagine how much work you put into producing these videos on a frequent basis. I do have one question: I am not strong enough to do the reverse table top (the one in the first circuit where I need to be on my elbow). I cannot lift my hip, keep it level, let alone do leg movement at the same time. However, I would like to be strong enough one day to be able to do it. Do you have any suggestions for what I can do on a interim basis to build up my strength? Thanks.

Thank you for your continued love & support Lin! 💖💖💖 So for your reverse forearm tabletop, you can practice by just trying to lift your pelvis off the floor and then lowering it back down. Each time you lift up really engage in your core, glutes, and hamstrings. You may only be able to just lift up a tiny bit, but it’ll increase and improve overtime. Keep up with your shoulder bridge exercises too...those exercises will strengthen your hamstring and glutes too! 😘

So much about these double circuits of exercises are SO inspired! The reverse plank ones especially- that combination is a heart-rate increaser. I especially enjoy the sets so that the first time it's a surprise, and the second time I can challenge myself. :)

Great work out really got the heart rate up as well. I would say I would prefer to not hear the countdown of the time somehow makes it seem harder and would love a cool down. But your videos are great thank you
