Thank you for joining me today for this 30 Minute Pilates HIIT Workout! I’m personally so excited for this one because it’s unlike any workout that I’ve done so far. It’s essentially THEEE workouts in one...and who doesn’t love that?!
Part I CORE (1:10)
Part II LEGS & BOOTY (11:10)
Part III ARMS & BACK (21:10)
Each section is 10 minutes long consisting of 5 exercises that we will do twice through. Each exercise will go for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest in between each. These 30 minutes will go by so fast and I promise you’ll feel so amazing afterwards. Let’s burn calories and fat and sculpt long lean elegant muscles!
