Thank you for joining me today for this 30 Minute Pilates HIIT Workout! I’m personally so excited for this one because it’s unlike any workout that I’ve done so far. It’s essentially THEEE workouts in one...and who doesn’t love that?!
Part I CORE (1:10)
Part II LEGS & BOOTY (11:10)
Part III ARMS & BACK (21:10)
Each section is 10 minutes long consisting of 5 exercises that we will do twice through. Each exercise will go for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest in between each. These 30 minutes will go by so fast and I promise you’ll feel so amazing afterwards. Let’s burn calories and fat and sculpt long lean elegant muscles!

I’ve done your 40 mins and 1 hour version too and they felt great, so i tried this one tonight and again I’m feeling amazing even though I’m sweating like a pig! This is my first time doing pilates. And im glad i already found a good teacher 💖 Thank you for such wonderful videos :)

I keep going back to this one when I want a short workout that is really full on! I love the fact that there is no rest in-between the different moves, this way I can get my heart rate up and make sure I get the benefits of a cardio workout. The arms section is my favorite of all your workouts, as I am massively into "planks"! And to think that I used to hate them....but thanks to you, Desiree, now I love them!

Loved this in the morning, there is little to no music so I can put my own on if I want and the audio of her talking is clear and good. They also don't waste time showing you how to do the exercises before the actual reps. Might add this into my morning routine.

I use this channel to exercise without a gym and get my legs stronger. It never ever disappoints. Have done at least 3 of these a week for about 6 weeks. Not at all over it and appreciate the variety of content as well as drilling down on basic principles. Thanks a lot for putting these together. It's helped me with yoga as well as not injuring myself as much. Cheers

Dear Désirée, when i'd just begun six months ago, i couldn't even make one single reverse table top though i do a lot of strengh training/workout. Today i finish this 30 mns video rather confortably (still have to do many many hours for legs' works, too stiff 😜) . Thank you for your kindness, your generosity, your lovely smile. Keep stay safe. This is the perfect work out after a day working from home sitting on a very uncomfortable chair. It covers everything and it's a blessing for back aches. To me part III is the hardest one: the dancing triceps is super hard, Desiree makes it look easy and graceful, but it's challenging and it got me sweating, love it. I' m recovering from illness, and l am so grateful for these work outs to get me back into shape.

I love this workout! It is really good.👍❤️ Just finished day 11 of the '1-2-3' challenge. I went on a bike ride recently and my endurance and stamina have greatly improved and it was almost easy to do a 30 min ride on the nature bike trail. Dansique Fitness workouts are good for improving all areas of your health. Thanks again.

Desiree! I found your videos back at the beginning of quarantine times when I was looking for ways to regain core strength at home. I am so very grateful I found your channel! I used to be a ballet dancer so it was wonderful to find pilates videos that build muscle in the long, lean, balletic way. I love how your videos incorporate thoughtful movement and sequencing. I enjoyed this one a lot! Been trying the neck strain technique u taught in the video u recommended. Been doing hands free yoga bc my joints aren’t very happy w me, so I’ve been modifying the hands plant workouts. Thank u!

you are amazing! Thank you for the perfect workouts I'm 61 and an x dancer and dance teacher so my body has been through a a lot. After doing the workout with you I feel stronger and I feel NO pain. You are adorable ! I'm in!!!!

Week 1 of your challenge finished!! I've been lazy for some months now and day 1-3 was hell, but I'm getting stronger 💪 I've tried several fitness youtubers and I feel most comfortable with your calm style and the mix of pilates and ballet. I'm far from a dancer but it's fun to feel a little elegant while sweating and whining 😂

Hi thanks a lot do i have to add weights if i cant feel the resistance or my abs tightening and what does it mean if my back begins to hurt when doing the abs workout x

If you’re not feeling the “burn” in your abs/core it means you’re not activating properly…and especially if you’re getting back pain during ab exercises. i loved this at first but then i felt pain in the neck after, which is something i've never experienced before with your vids. i do have scoliosis and i try super hard to crush that blueberry and mind the neck... i will try harder and be more careful with this one. thank you for making my life and my posture better, Desiree.

Sorry to hear that! I'm assuming it was during part one - core? Sometimes when we find certain exercises challenging, we grip or strain in the neck without even realizing it. Keep "crushing your blueberry" and add and little gently head shake in from time to time to make sure you're not holding any tension in the neck! xoxo
