Devi, this class is a gidt ! I ended my weights sesh this morning in a star shape, face toward the mat, in a puddle of sweat (bare with me for moving tomorrow), I felt it was VERY demanding for the body of course, but also for the nervous system (which I very rarely feel). Your class just allowed me to reset my nervous system, which is wonderful ! I needed extra support in supported child's pose, therefore I placed a block under my bottom to feel completely grounded. Amazing class, and the music added even more relaxation. Thank you so much 🙏🙏
