Your practices are helping me with my recovery from post covid syndrome. Would like to see more central nervous system reset and vagus nerve toning practices. Thank you so much!

Wishing you a full recovery. Check out my Yoga Nidra meditations if you’re seeking nervous system nourishment. And many, if not all, of the restorative classes can do just that as well. ❤️

Hi Angela. I know your comment was 3 weeks ago. But, may I ask you how you are doing now? I believe I have lost CoVid as well and it really did a number on my nervous system. It’s been a month and a half and I still don’t feel right. Also, what else you have done for the symptoms. Thanks you so much.

Really really helpful practice… I didn’t know what was wrong but my body felt “off” , I chose this video and the tears fell as some repressed grief was released. Thank you…

Hello Caren, THANK YOU so much for this special practice that made me feel loved! I experienced early childhood emotional neglect and don't know how to love myself well. Your classes are much needed :). I especially love the hug at the very end - it indeed softens my body. A quick question: my upper back (where my hands can't reach) often experience stiffness or pain, especially when I lie on the mat. Not sure if it's related to emotion issues. It would be great to see some practice that targets this area.

Hi Kaia, I’m glad to hear about your practice. Thanks for sharing that with me. It sounds like a personalized sadhana would be beneficial for what you’re describing. I offer private yoga therapy sessions if you’re interested. No pressure. ❤️ Info is on my website. 🙏🏻
