Who is ready to feel the burn? Today I am using sets of 5kg and 7.5kg dumbbells (11lb & 16.5lb). Although no repeats we have are focusing on individual muscle groups for a number of sets so you will definitely feel your muscles working. Please drop your feedback down below 😊

Great workout before work! I used a variety of weights cause my arms were on fire lol. 6-15 lbs. 328 active calories -- 404 total calories. Love these slow paced strength workouts! Keep killing it Olivia

Yes I definitely agree. Not to say we are going to use the exact weight she is using but for me it would give me a guide of what weights I could use for myself.
