jacinta, thank you so much for your content :) i don't typically do pilates workouts but have really enjoyed a few of your videos since finding them recently. i'm sure it is difficult to try and put out workouts that are a good fit for a wide range of fitness levels, but want to say i appreciate your effort!

Amazing workout to start the challenge. I always love pilates with props, especially the addition of the weights, great way to strengthen up. I'm typing this while eating the peanut butter yogurt recipe, delicious. Day one done 🩷

Hey Gorgeous Zuzska coach OG omg I am so thankful for this workout bc ur back is not well so the intensity is not as kick ass for me being new to ur program. And I am over 50. So don't get me wrong I wish u great health I meant I use this video bc u were more lenient on the reps n intensity. Thank God. Even then the side sit ups I can't even do 10 omg.

Day 1 completed - absolutely loved the combos, the weights - I used 2kg, the imaginative use of the soft ball, bit of cardio (loved the window showing low impact👍) the warm up & cool down & the music - all perfect. Had to have a week off with awful cold & chesty cough which is still there but improving - great to be back🥰🤩💪

I didn't have one, so I did the first workout (crunches) without it, and for the remainder of the workout that needed a ball, I used a yoga block.

The warmup was 5 min and the cool down was 6 min. The workout was less than 20 min... Can you make it more intense? It was too short and easy! Thanks

Don’t forget there is 14 days in a row to come. Some workouts are more intense than others. It’s a great sustainable way to get mobility, stretching, strength, Pilates and cardio in. Thank you for the feedback :)
